We drove 4 hours 1 way to purchase a zero turn mower from here. The decision was initially based on a promotional ad on Craigslist. But upon arrival and through the process we discovered so much more. Most definitely not. It was evident in ever moment of our time there, phone calls taken, other customers at the counter the simple interaction with everyone. This is an experience we will most definitely experience again. It was worth so much more then our meager investment of time. I don't like to deal with salesmen but have to say I didn't have any problem talking to any of the people there. Very helpful and didn't feel any pressure to buy which made my decision to buy the mower that I did easier. Nice to be talked to and treated like a friend rather than a chance to make a dollar!

These guys are fantastic. Bought a new simplicity citation xt 61. Not only did they take the time at there shop to go over the machine With us. When they delivered they stayed and made sure it was working properly and We there comfortable operating it. They gave that Personal Touch that you don't get in a lot of places. Thanks again guys. Chris is very knowledgeable and honest. He will match you with the right mower for you job. He does not try to up sell you to a machine he knows is overkill for your application. They also have a very quick turnaround on service. You owe it to yourself to at least check them out. They have a lifelong customer in me.

Was looking for a new zero turn mower and was considering Scag Freedom Z, Hustler Raptor SD, and the Spartan RZ Pro. Chris was the only one out of 5 dealers that gave me the time of day and answered all of my questions. Then to my surprise they had a demo Spartan for a awesome deal. Even though i was 150 miles away the purchase was easy and trouble free and they delivered it right to my door. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Spartan mower.

Good prices, excellent knowledge. Seriously back their products. Support does not end after the sale. I plan on bring all my gas engine devices to them for servicing from now on. Including my Honda generators. They are a Honda dealer, simplicity dealer, spartan dealer and bigdog mower dealer.Also, they also have parts that will fit mowers they don't cary. They got me a part for my hustler mower and they don't sell hustler. The hustler dealer in hopkinsville could not get the part. Waited 2 weeks and they still didn't have it. But pennyrile power had it in stock. They have my business from now on. Only issue is the distance have to drive. They are a 30 minute drive from my home but... we'll worth the time and miles.

Our visit to Pennyrile Power Equipment was very educational and productive. Chris took much time explaining how the Spartan mower worked and why it is superior to other lawn mowers. We are so glad we went to the PPE and got educated and treated so fairly. We can't wait for mowing season!

Dealing with Chris was an absolute pleasure. I needed to buy a new zero turn mower when my old one died suddenly. I wanted to move up to a commercial mower and had looked at Scag, Ferris and Gravely, but after speaking to Chris on the phone, he turned my into a believer on Spartan. After doing some online research on Spartan, I was sold on the mower. Even though Pennyrile Power Equipment was over 100 miles away from me, it was well worth the drive. I was totally impressed with this young man, his father (who does service) and the family friendly attitude. These folks go above and beyond to make sure you know how to safely operate and service your new mower. Chris spent well over an hour answering every question and offered a number of helpful hints to keep my new mower running at peak efficiency. I also got a much better deal than the dealer down the road from me. If you are thinking of a new piece of lawn equipment, you need to check Pennyrile power out. They are without a doubt, the BEST!
